1.3: Search Community Themes + Bug Fixes

Search Themes

• op now also searches community themes (which unfortunately, can only be opened in GitHub)
• use op themes to only search for themes.
• use shift or cmd + Y to preview a theme. Use shift or cmd + Y to close the preview again.

Bug Fixes & Other Things

• bugfix for tesseract installations via homebrew on M1 Macs (issue #3)
• improved documentation to better explain which requirements are needed for what function (issue #4)
• some refactoring
