This was done so that suggestions in old web sites and posts can usually continue to work, to reduce confusion and support burden. - Fixed #97; VS2017 error C2039: 'min': is not a member of 'std'.
- Fixed #96; wrong setting string (the name of a setting was accidentally truncated).
