This includes several bugfixes for "--homozyg group", --distance-wts, and --complement-sets. In addition:
- -v/-V are now accepted as aliases for --version.
- --neighbour now works properly for n1 > 1.
- --meta-analysis now rejects SE=0, which was previously yielding NaN results. Similarly, when the p-value underflows in 'weighted-z' mode, it is now treated as DBL_MIN instead of yielding NaN results.
- --homog now properly handles variants which contain only cases or only controls for a cluster.
