Fixes

• Deleting every TLS profile left an empty tls: options: {} behind, and Traefik rejects the whole file on that with "options cannot be a standalone element" - so every route in that file stopped loading, not just the TLS section. Empty tls and serversTransports containers are now removed when the last entry goes (#155)
• The Route Map could not be panned or zoomed on a tablet, and a phone opened in landscape stayed stuck too. Pan, pinch and the zoom controls were behind a check made once when the page loaded, at a width no tablet falls under, and rotating never re-evaluated it. They now follow touch support rather than a width guess, and rotating re-fits the map. Desktop is unchanged
