- nicoid: Add a semi-transparent comment activity graph to the seek bar in normal and popup players, highlighting moments with more comments. Enabled by default and configurable in settings. Uses already-loaded comments without additional network requests.

- nicoid: Reuse valid playback URLs and recently retrieved metadata to reduce redundant requests and unnecessary playback-session creation while preserving quality switching and video caching.
- nicoid: Position the portrait seek bar inside the bottom edge of the player and keep its placement consistent across playback control settings.
- nicoid: Reduce unnecessary processing when selecting video quality and drawing the comment activity graph, and improve player view cleanup.
