Changes compared to previous version (v0.8.4b5):

• Added support for Chat Rules:
  • Chat Rules open automatically the first time you type in a channel (can be disabled).
  • Open Chat Rules via <Extra - Chat Rules>, the Channel Context Menu or the /openrules command.
• Added $stream, $url, $quality replacements to Livestreamer Base command (check out the help for example usage).
• Add Livestreams Dialog context menu entry to manually refresh streams.
