More improvements towards support for localized names and some more.

Namespage to Settings Dialog to accommodate more settings - Added setting to customize how names are shown in the Userlist
- Show username in parentheses (if necessary) in Follower/Subscribers list and Channel Info Dialog
- Improved TAB Completion:
- Optionally add all types of names to matched results (Capitalized/Localized/Custom)
- Allow matching of Localized and Custom names
- Added Custom Names editor to Settings Dialog and entry to User Context Menu for easier access
