Changes compared to previous release (v0.8.1):

• Added some account info (creation date, followers) to User Info Dialog (on request, click on More.. link)
• Added optional feature to automatically /unhost when your stream goes live (enable under Settings - Other)
• Added optional feature to automatically respond to whispers of people you have not allowed to whisper to you (non-whitelisted or ignored)
