• Changed: Release @chatto/client version 0.1.1; update the package version, version file, release-please manifest, and changelog together.
• Why: Version 0.1.0 was published manually to create the npm package and configure trusted publishing. Use a new version for the first GitHub Actions publication.
• CI fix: Allow ten minutes for FFmpeg installation, omit recommended packages, and allow 25 minutes for the media job. The previous three-minute installation limit twice killed slow Ubuntu dependency downloads before tests started. Workflow lint and whitespace checks pass; CI verifies the Linux installation and media tests.
• Verified: The release guard accepts chatto-client/v0.1.1. A clean consumer installs the built tarball, imports its modules with and without Svelte, checks TypeScript declarations, and verifies Apache-2.0 license metadata.

The changelog retains the initial 0.1.0 history. Merging this release PR should create chatto-client/v0.1.1 and start publish-chatto-client.yml.
