Android ARM64 tester v10: build versions and landscape UI

ARM64 Android tester v10 adds build identification and clearer landscape scrolling. It also makes v9's two experimental requests opt-in after the S24 Ultra tester reported much slower gameplay, near 30 FPS until a screenshot temporarily raised it. The cause is unverified; no performance fix is claimed.

• An always-visible footer shows launcher version 0.1.57-android-preview.10, debug/release variant, ARM64, launcher revision edca2333 and game revision a1f54710. The same metadata appears in exported game logs.
• Both panels scroll independently, with fixed headings, swipe instructions, persistent high-contrast overflow scrollbars and tighter spacing in separate cards.
• Android version code increases from 15700 to 15710 for an identifiable update.
• Request performance headroom and Match display refresh to game FPS default off. Basic Android performance hints remain on. Existing saved choices are preserved: check that headroom and display matching are off after upgrading to compare the original full-frame ADPF deadline and default display behavior. You can enable either independently for further testing.

Install over v9 with the same development signing key to retain your imported disc and saves. If uninstalling, export your save first; uninstalling removes the disc and saves. Includes the compiled launcher/game runtime, no disc or save data. Android 10+, ARM64, GLES 3.1+, controller.

Validation: Android debug and optimized release builds passed; launcher host tests 228/228; host hint-controller tests passed. Signed APK metadata was checked against the actual clean source checkouts, including the preview version and revision strings compiled into the footer. ARM64-only packaging, 16 KiB ELF/APK alignment, signature and no ROM/save/self-test payload verified. SDL and the bootstrap libraries are unchanged from v9; native game changes only make headroom opt-in. Modified tracked sources are labeled by build generation; Gitless source archives show unknown.

No Android container/emulator runtime test or benchmark was performed, as requested. Footer layout on device, installer behavior and performance after these default changes still require tester validation. Earlier revisions passed gameplay/save/movie correctness checks; those are not new v10 runtime results.
