Watcher nuances, better Gemini, and a Windows bugfix
This release add further tuning for and file watching. It also includes a hotfix for tools in Gemini (Thanks @dvcrn!) and a bugfix on Windows.

Verifying the artifacts
First, download the checksums.txt file, for example, with wget:
