Fixes for LSPs, tools behind proxies and more

This releases includes fixes for LSPs, in particular to make auto-discovery way more reliable.

Crush will now also respect your HTTP proxy configuration fro your operating system, ensuring the tools that need internet access will properly work behind proxies.

Vercel is now a proper provider under the hood, instead being considered just an OpenAI provider. This improves support for Vercel's many available models.
