- Chords from a keyboard: notes on MIDI channel 2 (USB or the TRS jack) pick the chord, as if you'd pressed a black key. A held C E G Bb plays as C7, the Omnichord's way; inversions work.
- MIDI clock in: the rhythm follows incoming clock and start / stop / continue; the screen shows EXT in place of the tempo.
- MIDI clock out: when the rhythm runs on its own tempo, it sends clock and start / stop over USB (with MIDI out on).
- The MIDI section of the README and the site lists what goes in and out on each channel.
