- Launch from CLI with scanpy backend using local data
- View and explore cells using a specified dimensionality reduction layout, and show categorical and continuous cell metadata
- Explore cells based on their gene expression
- Compute differential expression of arbitrary groups of cells
- Preprocess data for cellxgene consumption using ‘prepare’ CLI command
