  flickering, when the outer splitter is resized.
  • Fix onResizeEnd reporting a null resizeTriggerId after dragging or resizing with the keyboard.
  • Fix the resize trigger's aria-orientation so it describes the separator, which is perpendicular to the panel
    layout.
