  @segunadebayo! - Fixed issue where there was no way to open a dialog without moving
  focus.

  • initialFocusEl can now return false to skip moving focus. Returning null uses the default.
  • Fixed issue where the popover's autoFocus={false} was ignored for modal popovers.
