Minor Changes

• c9dd0f0: Replace specs/tokens.json and specs/semantic-tokens.json with one specs/design-system.json covering
  every token, condition and theme. It records what each token resolves through, so tools can answer what a semantic
  token points at and what breaks when a primitive changes. Read it with parseDesignSystem and query it with
  indexDesignSystem from @pandacss/compiler-shared.

• 006e5c0: Let a component's css prop accept some properties but not others:

  Conditions and nested selectors still work inside it. SystemStyleObjectWithout<K> is the inverse.

• 048c70c: panda codegen no longer writes styled-system/specs/design-system.json. Pass --spec to get it. Nothing
  else in the build reads the file, and on a config with a few hundred semantic tokens it was about half of codegen
  time.

  --spec works on codegen, build and lib. Add a path to put it somewhere else: panda codegen --spec=meta.json.
  panda lib --spec writes it beside preset.mjs so you can ship it with a design system.

• 4db4f75: panda lib --spec now records the spec in panda/lib.json as spec, relative to the manifest like preset
  and buildInfo. Tooling that reads the manifest can tell whether a package shipped one instead of trying the path.

  A --spec path that package.json files would not publish is left out with a design_system_spec_not_publishable
  warning, so the manifest never points at a file that did not ship.

• 8bbb6bb: The design system spec now describes more than tokens:

  • recipes, slotRecipes and patterns, keyed by name, with variants, defaults and resolved property kinds
  • keyframes, colorPalettes, textStyles, layerStyles and animationStyles
  • originalValue on tokens: the value before reference expansion or derivation

  Empty tables are left out. The reader gains recipes(), slotRecipes(), patterns(), keyframes(),
  colorPalettes() and composition(kind).

• c014979: The design system spec now says where each token came from. --spec gives every token a source index into
  a new sources.entries list of the presets and configs that contributed.

  This answers "is this token ours or the parent design system's" without reproducing Panda's merge order — useful when
  a product package builds on a shared one.

Patch Changes

• 7e328bd: Fix forceImportExtension emitting declaration files that TypeScript rejects. Generated .d.ts re-exports
  now point at the runtime module (export * from './css.js') instead of the declaration file, which no longer fails
  tsc with TS2846.

  Also fix jsx/index.d.ts reporting a duplicate UnstyledProps export (TS2308) — the recipe context artifacts now
  share the declaration in types/jsx instead of each redeclaring it.

• c9dd0f0: Fix negative spacing tokens for names containing a dot. spacing.0.5 now generates spacing.-0.5 instead of
  spacing.0.-5, so mt: '-0.5' resolves. Spacing tokens whose value is zero in any unit (0, 0px, 0%) no longer
  get a meaningless negative twin.

• c5c4e2b: Keep the node: prefix on built-in imports in the published output. tsup was stripping it, so Deno refused
  to load Panda's files directly with Import "child_process" not a dependency.

• c9dd0f0: Rename the compiler binding's token_dictionary() to tokenDictionary(), the only snake_case name on either
  binding.
