Patch Changes

• 597d2cb: panda analyze now prints a ranked table for utilities, patterns, and keyframes, with the configured names
  no scanned file uses, instead of a single count. Running it without --scope prints every section, so the all value
  is gone. Shorthands count as their longhand. --unused prints only the configured names nobody uses, one per line,
  for pasting into a deprecation PR or diffing between runs.
• 597d2cb: Fix panda analyze listing CSS keys from a local cva or sva body as recipes, and add a flat usages
  list to the JSON report so scripts can answer "who uses this token" without joining tables.
• 323af68: Reuse parsed source paths when registering bundler watch files, avoiding a second full project scan during
  startup. Keep tracked paths in sync when explicitly parsed files are deleted.
