ef14fc5: Remove the syntax config option and the template-literal authoring mode. Drop syntax from your config
and the --syntax flag from panda init, and write styles with the object syntax: css({ color: 'red' }) instead of
css`color: red`.

80e62a1: Update panda --help for citty 0.2. Flags now show value hints (--cwd=<dir>), --color / --no-color are
both listed, and unknown-command errors drop the [error] prefix.
ce90eda: Keep panda --help readable. The --cwd flag no longer prints your resolved working directory as its
default, which was padding every other option off the right edge of the terminal.
b9e7cd9: Fail on non-numeric values for --max-warnings, --watch-debounce, --limit, and --ui-port. A typo like
--max-warnings=abc used to be ignored, which silently turned the warning gate off in CI.
