• Added "Start browser" systray popup menu item

• Renamed config options:
  • put_delete_passwords_file -> put_delete_auth_file
  • global_passwords_file -> global_auth_file
  • select() changed to poll(), to avoid big file descriptor FD_SET problem on UNIX
