Fixes the UI freeze when disconnecting, and lets the accent colour follow Windows.

Fixed

• Disconnecting no longer freezes the window. Tearing a session down genuinely takes a few seconds: it kills the tunnel core and waits on it, removes routes, proxy settings and DNS rules by spawning helper processes, then stops Tor and waits on that too. All of that ran before the first await, which meant it executed on whichever thread called Disconnect, and from the button that is the UI thread. So the window locked up for the entire teardown. None of that work needs the UI thread, so it now runs on the thread pool and the window stays responsive while stopping. Reported by a tester as "OnionHop freezes or stutters a lot while disconnecting".

Added

• Accent colour can now follow Windows. New Follow Windows option under Accent color. OnionHop drops its own accent override and uses the accent you picked in Windows Settings, and it keeps up if you change that accent while the app is running. The four built-in accents are unchanged. Requested by a tester.
