Adds a "Copy all" button to the saved bridges and SNI library.
Added
- "Copy all" on the saved bridges and SNI page. The per-row Copy button is fine for one entry and useless for a library of fifty, which is exactly the point at which you want the whole set on the clipboard to paste somewhere else. It sits next to "Clear all", copies every saved line in the order shown (one per line, so it pastes straight back into the scanner or a bridge box), reports how many entries went, and honours the clipboard auto-clear setting the same way the per-row button does. Requested by a tester.
Everything else is unchanged from 3.8, which closed the hybrid-mode DNS leak. If you are on an older build, read the 3.8 notes: the fix there matters more than this one.
