Tor starting with a long SNI list, updates that also update Tor and its transports, sites routed around Tor that keep loading in TUN mode, and Tor 0.4.9.14 in every package.

Fixed

• Tor starts with a long SNI list (#93). OnionHop wrote every custom SNI host into each Snowflake bridge line. With a long list, such as the one "Request SNI" fetches for Iran, a line got longer than the 510 bytes of settings Tor accepts per bridge, and Tor refused the whole configuration, so nothing connected. Each Snowflake line now gets a random share of the hosts that fits, and a line that is still too long is skipped with a note in the log.
• Updates now update Tor and the transports. OnionHop runs Tor, its transports, sing-box and Xray from a copy in your user folder, and only ever added missing files to it. No update replaced them, so you kept the versions of your first install. Files that differ from the ones that come with the app are now replaced when you connect.
• Sites routed around Tor keep loading when Tor stalls (#92). In TUN mode every DNS lookup went through Tor, also for the domains and site categories set to bypass it, so when Tor stalled on a censored network those sites stopped loading too. Their lookups now go to your network's own DNS server, and everything else still resolves through Tor. Countries are matched by IP address, which is only known after the lookup, so those lookups still go through Tor.
• Every package ships Tor 0.4.9.14. The packages came with different versions of Tor, from 0.4.9.5 in the macOS app to whatever Tor Browser had just released in the Windows portable zip. All now bundle Tor 0.4.9.14 and lyrebird 0.8.1 from Tor Browser 15.0.26, and with the fix above, existing installs get them too.
