CrossWatch v0.14.0

Release:
v0.14.0 is about people. One CrossWatch install can now serve a whole household or circle of friends.
Added a new provider Silo (media server category) and we now support identities between media servers (syncs, watcher, webhook)
Behind the scenes, syncs are also safer: a provider that fails to answer can no longer cause removals.

✨ Highlights

  • Identities between media servers: pick the users on media servers, and keeps each person in sync.
    • Works for sync pairs, watcher routes and webhooks.
    • Use Match as when someone has a different name per server.
  • New provider, Silo (experimental): connect your Silo media server with a device code and pick a household profile.
    • Sync watchlist, ratings, history, progress and collection, and sync collections and Favorites as playlists.
    • Use Silo as a watcher source and as a scrobble target, also for ratings from Plex.
    • Sync several household profiles under one connection, matched by name with Plex, Emby or Jellyfin users.
    • Library whitelisting per feature, per pair and per scrobble route.
  • Profiles, overhauled: a step-by-step wizard and can give them their own CW login in one go.
    • Logins are created together with the profile. UI Security now only lists them.
    • Viewing as a profile shows only that profile's connections, pairs, scrobble routes, webhooks and schedule.
    • New pairs, routes and webhooks are added to that profile automatically.
    • Every profile can have its own sync schedule. The global schedule skips pairs that are covered by a profile schedule.
    • A profile can hold more than one instance per provider, for example two Emby servers for the same person.
  • Managed users can do more: an admin can give full-access users access to Pairs, Scrobbler, Schedule and Reconnect.
    • Everything is on by default and can be switched off per user.
    • Reconnect lets users sign in again to their own accounts.
  • Safer syncs: failed or incomplete provider reads now stop the affected sync instead of triggering removals.
