CrossWatch v0.12.2

This release adds individual item removal from providers, improved Plex history recovery and SIMKL rewatch tracking through watchers and webhooks. It also introduces configurable history matching tolerance to prevent duplicates.

✨ Highlights

• SIMKL rewatches: rewatch tracking for watchers and webhooks. Requires SIMKL Pro or VIP and is disabled by default.
• Recover Plex history: recover Plex history is now part of Import / Export and improved.
• Remove individual items: use Send to… → Remove in the Editor to remove items live from providers.
• History matching tolerance: matches history across providers within a configurable time window (60s default) to prevent duplicates.
• Flat-light theme: improved readability across pages, dialogs and provider pickers. It is no longer experimental.

🔧 Fixes & Improvements

• Changed: Removed the Fallback GUID sync-pair option. Use Recover Plex history for one-time recovery.
• Changed: Always sync history before ratings when both are enabled. This is needed for conflicts with SIMKL.
• Changed: Interactive Sync sessions are kept for 24 hours.
• Changed: Scrobble log names are now consistent.
• Improved: Consistent styling across Original, flat-dark and flat-light themes.
• Improved: Filters for Kodi routes now has a working Kodi profile picker.

• Improved: SIMKL rewatch tracking includes persistent duplicate protection and detailed debug logs.
• Improved: History matching tolerates small timestamp differences (60 seconds) for the same viewing across providers.

• Improved: Anime mapping updates avoid unnecessary index rebuilds and preserve cached data when downloads fail.
• Improved: Anime mapping logs and status messages distinguish updates, rebuilds and data that is already current.
• Improved: Scrobble progress updates below the update threshold now report progress_step_not_reached instead of duplicate.
• Improved: Kodi watcher logs now match Plex, Emby and Jellyfin (incoming, resolved ids and events at INFO).
• Improved: CW tracker logs scrobble start, pause and stop at INFO like the other sinks.
