CrossWatch v0.10.7

This version introduces Kodi, the second provider in the new Media Clients category.
Please read the Wiki before enabling it, as the Kodi adapter has several limitations due to Kodi JSON-RPC limitations

For the rest, I did a major CSS refactor and cleanup, plus some fixes and many UI improvements for all themes.

• Improved: Clicking a provider probe opens the matching connection modal.
• Improved: Plex/Emby/Jellyfin/Kodi watchers now back off quietly when servers are unreachable.
• Improved: Dashboard widgets now have more layout flexibility.
• Improved: Progress orchestration now respects target-provider completion behavior
• Fixed: Connection modal briefly showed the plain layout.
• Fixed: Debug logging mode after refresh.
• Fixed: Some connection modals (UI specific) such as PublicMetaDB.
• Fixed: Nuvio history sync to SIMKL no longer failed with "Missing watched date".
• Fixed: Plex no longer includes trailers in history.
• Updated: Plex adapter to v2.2, Emby adapter to v2.1, Jellyfin adapter to v2.1.
• Updated: MDBList adapter to v1.4, Nuvio adapter to v0.4, PublicMetaDB adapter to v1.1.
• Updated: Trakt adapter to v1.5, CW Release version to v0.10.7.
