CrossWatch v0.10.1

Webhook handling changed heavily in this release.
If you use Plex, Jellyfin or Emby webhooks, please check your webhook URLs, tokens and profile/instance routing after upgrading.

SIMKL users should refresh their sync state from Maintenance after upgrading.
This rebuilds the local SIMKL history cache with the new anime/history mapping logic.
