v1.2.0 Succinct challenger support for all networks

This release includes the setup for running a challenger for OP Succinct Lite. OP Succinct Lite is integrated into Celo networks through the Jello hardfork. More details can be found here. Note that node operators are not required to perform any upgrades for this release.
