Upgrade Notice
This release is intended for the Mocha testnet. Node operators are encouraged to read these release notes.
The notable changes from v4.0.6-mocha are:
- fix an issue that prevented the multiplexer from shutting down on CTRL + C
- fix an issue where the Docker image would use an older v3 embedded binary which caused GRPC max message size errors
