Changes

• Release archives are now reproducible!
• Prevented our hardening of Local Network Access Restrictions from breaking some AT&T captive portals.
• Disabled Speculation Rules (Currently on Nightly).
• Re-organized and added new pref categories: Control, External dependencies, UI, and [UX].
• Clean-up of certain old preferences.
• Formatting, re-organization, clean-up, and various tweaks/enhancements to Phoenix's build system.

Android-only

• [Disabled WebAuthn]((https://codeberg.org/celenity/Phoenix/commit/88c625f1a4c62c757b2fc6bbe9361db9fda796ec), due to it being provided by the proprietary Google Play FIDO library, and depending on/using Google Play Services.
  • Some forks, such as IronFox and Fennec F-Droid, replace the proprietary Google Play FIDO library with the FOSS microG FIDO library instead; so users in those cases may prefer to override this and re-enable WebAuthn if desired.

Desktop-only

• Disabled Mozilla's new settings redesign promotion banner.
• Set the DefaultSerialGuardSetting policy to 3 to prevent dom.webserial.enabled from being locked and overridden from our desired value.
• OS X: Disabled Apple Authentication Services (System passkeys), due to it being provided by external proprietary OS APIs.
  • Passkeys still work regardless of this API; Firefox will instead just use the standard browser-provided mechanism/prompt that it uses on other desktop platforms.
• OS X: Disabled Apple Vision (Text recognition), due to it being provided by external proprietary OS APIs.
• WINDOWS: Ensured the browser doesn't try to automatically start on boot/user log-in by default.
