deno 1.41.1 includes 2 HIGH CVE fixes which is not mentioned in the changelog.
We currently do not have a way to identify which version of deno eventually got bundled into the cdxgen-deno image. This will be fixed in a future release. But let's create a new release to be safe that we are bundling the correct deno runtime.
