OptiScaler v0.6.7-pre8
This is release mostly aim for simplifying in-game menu implementation and hopefully increate it's compatibility. I have removed a lot of FG detection code for a more generic approach. There are some reports about old-menu compatibility regression, I will check them.

Disabled spoofing during Vulkan upscaler creation. This might allow non-Nvidia GPUs to use FP16 codepath and gain a bit more performance.
