Snowboard Kids 2: Recompiled Multiplayer Alpha 3

This is the first alpha release of Snowboard Kids 2 multiplayer support:

• 1-4 player split screen
• Player HUDs expanded to take advantage of widescreen displays
• Uncapped FPS (previously limited in multiplayer)
• Horizontal and vertical split screen support for 2-player races

In addition to multiplayer this release adds several new minor features:

• HUD layout can be configured. Options are 4:3, 16:9 (default) and expanded (as wide as possible).
• Randomiser mod 🎲

It also addresses several reported bugs:

• #47 Controls can't be unset
• #45 Default volume too loud
• #44 Volume controls do not work

Some internal cleanups: #24, #25, #28 and #29

And several bugs identified in the first and second alphas: #71, #66, #67, #68, #65, #70, #69, #72 and #73.
