Update RG40xxV and fix theme installation issues

Important Note!!!

The original system cannot be upgraded to a 64-bit low power sleep system through the upgrade package. It can only be upgraded by flashing some image files to TF1.
When using balenaEtcher flash TF under MacOS system, automatic partitioning will fail. It is recommended to use rufus flash TF under windows.
The system needs to install data on the first boot, Please be patient and do not manually shut down or restart.
Upgrading the upgrade package may cause problems with some functions. If you encounter this situation, please use a new image to flash TF.

Adapt to RG40xxV
Added the language selection function for the first startup (Simplified Chinese and English)
Modified the default display ratio of ppsspp
Fixed the special BIOS recognition problem of psx games
Fixed the English text error of "Backup_&_Restore_Set"

Used to create a brand new system for TF1, After flashing, all the original data of TF1 will be lost. Please make a backup in advance.

Download the corresponding OS_image file according to the model
Decompress the image
Write the image to an SDCARD using an imaging tool. Common imaging tools include Rufus, Balena Etcher, Raspberry Pi Imager, and Win32 Disk Imager. If you're skilled with the command line, dd works fine too.

Go up a directory and download the folder. Google Drive will make a zip of this folder and allow you to download that instead.
