Usage:

• Extract the .zip file to obtain the PORTS folder
• Copy the PORTS folder to the Roms folder of TF1 or TF2
• After booting up, enter the corresponding TF card's APPS and run the corresponding game startup file

About download quota exceeded

Go up a directory and download the folder. Google Drive will make a zip of this folder and allow you to download that instead.
