BREAKING CHANGE
- with VECTOR_SYNC_INDEXABLE_MIME_TYPES unset, tagged
.msg, .txt, .md and .csv files are now indexed, as are ODF and legacy
Office files when COLLABORA_URL is set, and whatever types an optional
processor claims when one is configured (Unstructured, Tesseract,
Docling, custom HTTP: images, EPUB, RTF, ...). Set the variable to keep
the previous scope.

- webdav: reading a text file stays raw now that text has a processor
