Release of electron 46.0.0-alpha.7 with support for Google Widevine.

Changes

• The Widevine CDM is no longer installed or updated implicitly at startup. Call components.whenReady() or components.start() for that to happen, see Widevine CDM installation. Apps that already wait for components.whenReady() need no changes.

New Features

• components.start() begins the installation early, without waiting for the result.
• A minimumVersion option requests an immediate update if the installed Widevine CDM is older.
• components.status() now includes the installed version and the path of the CDM in use, and errors include a code.
• The Linux CDM process now runs sandboxed.

Known Limitations

• Persistent licenses are no longer supported by Chrome/Chromium or the Widevine browser CDM, not on any platform.
