Electron 3.0.4-wvvmp with Widevine/VMP support

Release of Electron 3.0.4 with support for Widevine CDM installation, Verified Media Path (VMP), and protected persistent storage of licenses.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

• No support for migration of persisted licenses from 1.8.x due to a change in the Widevine key-system
• Does not yet support the new VMP status PLATFORM_SECURE_STORAGE_SOFTWARE_VERIFIED
• Linux support is experimental
• VMP/StorageId, and thus persistent licenses, are not supported by the Linux Widevine CDM (requests have the VMP status PLATFORM_UNVERIFIED)
• The linux-ia32 Widevine CDM is deprecated so that build will not be maintained going forward
