Fixed
- Spritemap not getting generated correctly when running in watch mode
- Content hash not being available when the styles are generated, resulting in incorrect URLs
Added
- A compilation warning in case fragments are used for styles and the output filename contains
[hash], this is impossible to support because the hash is only available after compilation and at that point the styles file should've been generated already.
