ServiceRadar v1.4.90
This release fixes another cause of large integration syncs never
completing: reviving a deleted device no longer brings back an address
that a live device now holds.
Fixes
- When a sync update revives a soft-deleted device, the device takes only
the incoming address. Before, a tombstone kept its stored address, and
when another live device had since taken that address the revival
collided on the active-IP unique index on every retry. The whole batch
and its sync run were rejected, so the source snapshot never activated.
Updates to live devices are unchanged, and the Devicerestoreactions
still keep the stored address (PR #5579).
Docs and CI
- The DIRE lifecycle TLA+ model describes a revival taking only the
incoming address (PR #5579).
