ServiceRadar v1.4.88

This release unblocks upgrades that stopped at the v1.4.87 add-on
assignment migration, and lets integration sync snapshots activate when
the agent reports population statistics.

Upgrade Notes

• The add-on assignment deduplication migration (20261008124719) no
  longer refuses to run when a duplicate it disables has active rollout
  work. It cancels that work the way an operator cancel would: open
  targets on the duplicate are canceled with reason
  assignment_deduplicated, an active rollout sourced from the duplicate
  is canceled with source_assignment_deduplicated, and the duplicate's
  rollout override is cleared before it is disabled. Completed rollouts
  keep their history. This supersedes the v1.4.87 note asking operators to
  let rollouts finish first. Canceling the rollout by hand could not clear
  the refusal, because rollout reconciliation restarted it within seconds
  (PR #5571).
• Installs that already applied the v1.4.87 migration skip it. Installs
  where it failed roll forward on this release. Helm
  core.migrations.expectedVersion remains 20261008124719.

Fixes

• Agents send collection_final after the last data chunk when population
  statistics are reported, so sync runs record their total chunk count and
  source snapshots activate instead of failing as incomplete (PR #5569).
