Plugins can come from a third-party catalog with its own signing
key, a package can declare SNMP OIDs that the native checker
collects as device facts (including strings), and SNMPv3 plus
OAuth2 client-credentials work from credential rules. OpenText
NOM setup no longer fights the assignment form. Also: dashboard
Share lives in the topbar, failed TCP sweeps stay visible, and
raw SYN scanners no longer share a fanout group.

• Plugins: catalog sources become plugin_repositories rows
  with a per-repository ed25519 key. Settings -> Agents ->
  Plugins lists enabled repos and … Add New. Upload
  signatures verify against the source that published the
  bundle, so a third-party catalog can ship without sharing
  the first-party signing key. (PR #4159)
• Plugins: a package can ship snmp_requirements in its
  manifest. On approval they become SNMP profiles the native
  checker polls. Target names are sanitized so one FQDN or
  uid-with-colons no longer disables every SNMP profile on
  the agent. (PR #4155, #4162)
• Inventory: SNMP readings land as per-device facts, including
  string values. The agent used to drop anything that would
  not parse as a float, so sysName/sysDescr never left the
  checker. (PR #4168)
• SNMPv3: poller and mapper open a real USM session from
  credential rules. Mapper no longer hard-codes AuthPriv;
  protocol identifiers accept SHA/SHA-256 and AES/
  AES-256 and fail closed on unknowns. (PR #4156)
• Credentials: OAuth2 client-credentials is an injection
  mode on the credential broker. ClearPass 6.9/6.11 returns
  403 on HTTP Basic /api/session and 200 on
  POST /api/oauth. (PR #4154)
• OpenText NOM: operator guide plus assignment-form fixes.
  JSON Schema ^https:// is no longer copied into HTML
  pattern; interval/timeout default from the producer
  schedule; unsigned NA/NNMi certs can skip TLS verify;
  SourceFacts insert_all sends binary UUIDs. Assign is
  blocked for this plugin. (PR #4164, #4157)
• Web UI: dashboard Share moves into the operations topbar
  instead of an overlay on the WASM canvas, which had covered
  in-dashboard controls on RIDS. (PR #4161)
• Sweep: reconstructed host summaries keep a requested TCP
  mode as no_response when every port is closed or
  filtered, instead of looking like ICMP-only. (PR #4169)
• Scan: each raw SYN scanner gets its own kernel
  PACKET_FANOUT group. Simultaneous scanners no longer
  share a group, and ICMP-only / TCP-connect-only profiles
  do not open a raw socket. (PR #4172)
