• Added first-class Helm support for webNg.agentReleasePublicKey, and wired web-ng runtime config to expose that verification key consistently for release validation and onboarding bundle generation.
• Added a manual GitHub Actions workflow to derive SERVICERADAR_AGENT_RELEASE_PUBLIC_KEY from the release-environment private key without exposing the private signing secret.
