• Add a flag --cosign-artifacts to describe command informs imgpkg to check and display cosign related artifacts that are part of the bundle

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Images Location not correctly created #350
  This Bug affected users that were copying a Bundle to tar and afterward importing it to the registry. This auxiliary metadata image that imgpkg generates was incorrectly created, which causes problems if the users tried to copy the Bundle again to a Tar.
