• [breaking] Disable digest resolution by default in imgpkg tag list command
  • can be reenabled via existing --digests=true flag
  • Registries do not provide a way to bulk resolve tags, this feature is expensive when dealing many tags
• Add imgpkg tag resolve command for handy resolution of tags found in imgpkg tag list
• Gracefully skip overwriting sha256-*.image-locations.imgpkg record when it's already present
  • ...during imgpkg copy when working with registries with immutable tags enabled
