Mago 1.59.0 fixes analyzer narrowing across boolean guards, nullsafe checks, and elseif branches, improves generic and callable inference, and updates the analyzer extension protocol to MANA 2.2.

Update the PHP SDK to 1.59.0 when upgrading Mago. Custom analyzer workers must use MANA 2.2; MANA 2.1 workers are not compatible. The linter protocol is unchanged.
