Upgraded Hasura GraphQL Engine from v2.17.1 to v2.48.6, bringing 31 versions of stability improvements and bug fixes. Added Token Registry V2 support with CIP-68 native token metadata for fungible tokens, featuring priority-based querying (CIP-68 over CIP-26). Fully backward compatible with no breaking changes.
