build with atmosphere(NeutOS) 0.18.1 & sxos 3.1.0 (sxos only support 11.0.0 unless follow this guide)

ShallowSea note
- If u want to use ShallowSea with English language, you have to download 「switch English extra package.rar」 & replace them after update Shallowsea-ams or Shallowsea-sxos EVERY TIME
- Since turn on so many sysmodule may cause system crash, I have disabled all of them as default since v1.4.2 . You may toggle them by using tesla menu or deepsea toolbox

- (general) combine switch-chinese-homebrew-app into the base & add switch English extra package
- (ams) update Edizon se v3.8.11
- (ams&sxos) update swich-aio-updater v2.4.1 , add tencent-switcher-gui , add mm-linx , add tegraexplorer script
