build with atmosphere 0.15.0

If your switch version is >10.2.0 or yor are sxos user. You should get the latest release of Shallowsea. This release is for atmosphere user who have version 10.2.0.

If you have already upgrade your switch to 11.0.0 or up, DONT downgrade your switch to 10.2.0 without turn on autorcm, it will cause a soft brick
