A bug-fix release.
Fixed
- Games that pause their own threads no longer hang. Games whose garbage collector stops every thread for a moment, Unity games first of all, start and run with the default settings; before, they could stop at start-up or needed the Experimental "suspend-wakes" option, which is gone now. Rebuild games made with 0.5.2 to get the fix.
- 32-bit games no longer lose a wakeup between threads. Some games stopped at start-up with every thread waiting; an x86 locked instruction now orders memory as a real x86 processor does. Rebuild games made with 0.5.2 to get the fix.
- Ending a thread works as on Windows. A thread a game ends now ends at once, not a quarter of a second later, and a thread ended while it waited for a lock no longer makes the game crash later. Rebuild games made with 0.5.2 to get the fix.
